Refund policy

At Brandonelift.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every item we ship is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure the best possible condition upon arrival. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
We accept refund or exchange requests within 90 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@brandonelift.com with your order number and reason for the request.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, faulty, or wrong item). We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Gift cards or downloadable items
• Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping

5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@brandonelift.com.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation but will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier if needed.

9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
